Automobile crane  lift hoist  is a mechanical and hydraulic  Hoist system modular structure, to achieve the vertical movement of heavy objects. Hoisting mechanism usually consists of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, reducer, drum, brake, clutch, pulley and rope hooks and other components.

   Also known as the  lift hoist   winch winch mechanism or system. Work, by hoisting mechanism, slewing mechanism with luffing mechanism and joint cooperation, can lift heavy objects to the specified location and height. Hoisting mechanism failure will not only affect the operating efficiency, and will directly affect the hoist equipment operation and job security, therefore, abnormal phenomenon should be checked and repaired.

       Common symptoms are mainly mechanical hydraulic system pressure rise is not high, lifting weakness; Zhidongshiling (load themselves fall or decline); hoisting rope reel slow or no action and so on. Main diagnostic check points are: checking relief valve and manual control valve is intact; checking balance valve, overload relief valve adjusting screw is loose, the valve is stuck in the open position, the spring is damaged; check the hydraulic motor shaft is broken, catching whether its performance due to wear and tear parts down; inspection hoisting gear tooth is broken; checking lifting brakes adjusted correctly; checking the rotary joint seals, center shaft and bushing for wear.
