Internal combustion rail lifting hoist routine maintenance

1 Check Rope hoist  engine diesel tank storage capacity, the oil sump height, the water level in the tank, hydraulic tank storage capacity, the amount of torque converter oil storage tank, air compressor oil level, heater tank oil reserves, etc., should be found to fill the oil shortage.
2 Check the battery voltage electric hoist or electrolyte specific gravity hydrometer measurement. Voltage is lower than 1.9V and electrolyte specific gravity less than 1.27 when (winter should be 1.28 to 1.30) to be charged. Meanwhile electrolyte should be higher than the electrode plate 10mm ~ 15mm, distilled water shortage should bear.

3 Check the engine, air compressor and the gearbox mounting bolts are secure and reliable, the cotter pin, ring, etc. is good; triangle belt tension level in 10 ~ 20mm is appropriate.
4 Check the pressure oiling oiling and lubricating parts of the state, to keep the area clean and lubricating grease.
5 Check steering handle manipulation stage role is normal. The role of instrumentation and gauges and displays are normal.
6 Check the connecting pipe joints for leaks, oil and wind, found no adverse premises timely manner.
7 Check the interior and exterior lights, marker lights, instrument lights and other effects are good, the electrical connector contact is good, wires for damage.
8 Check whether there is broken  Wire rope  surface and damage and so on.
9 Open the stop valve water separator discharge sewage.
10 engines, air compressors and heaters and other routine maintenance in accordance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the relevant regulations.
11  wire rope hoist  the boot once per shift for air operation, check the functioning of the working mechanism and the brake, clutch and so is reliable. Not less than 30min.
12 clean cab, machinery indoor dirt to keep clean.
