2, the brake friction lining wear volume of 50% of the thickness of the original gasket should be replaced;
3, the brake wheel working surface wear volume 2 ~ 3mm should be replaced (whichever is greater large diameter and small diameter take a small value);

5, pin or shaft hole diameter wear volume of the original diameter of 5% should be replaced;
6, the  lift hoist  relaxed state, the brake band (block) and the brake wheel gap should be uniform, the gap value is: brake band and brake drum 1-2.5mm; brake pad and brake drum 0.25 ~ lmm, exceed this requirement should be adjusted brakes.
