Electric hoist motor repair procedure

Hoist motors,  Wire rope hoist  is one of the most important accessories, when the motor problems, motor repair in the understanding of knowledge that we can repair themselves following a brief introduction on the hoist motor repair knowledge, only for your reference:
        Repair hoist motor should be preceded by site cleaned up, ready disassembly tool, and in the end cap and the shell, the joint line, the upper bearing cover and end caps, etc. to be well marked, so as not to confuse a mistake during assembly. Removing  rope hoist  motor steps as follows:
(1) Remove the belt or disengage the connection pin joint oil;
(2) Remove the junction box power wiring and grounding wire;
(3) Remove the pulley or coupling;
(4) Remove the nut and washer foot;
(5) Remove the front bearing cover;
(6) Removing the front cover;
(7) Remove the fan cover;
(8) Remove the fan;
(9) Remove the rear bearing cover;
(10) Remove the rear cover;
(11) out of the rotor;
(12) Remove the front and rear bearings and front and rear bearing inner cover.
Rope hoist motor assembly and disassembly steps in reverse order. In general, a small motor, just remove the fan cover, fan, front bearing cover and the front cover, and then the bearing cover, rear cover with front and rear bearings, the bearing cap and the rotor so drawn together.
